How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks of purchase, including processing and shipping time. Many orders arrive sooner. Each watch is carefully prepared and shipped through our manufacturing partners to ensure quality and safe delivery.

Do you ship within Canada?

Yes, we currently ship across Canada

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Because orders ship internationally, customs or import charges may apply depending on local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, tracking information will be provided when available.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at contact@kartesianwatches.com before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the next business day after the order is placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment preparation and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Returns & Issues

Can I return my watch?

Yes. If you wish to return your watch due to a change of mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. After confirmation, claims may be processed through our manufacturing partner to ensure proper resolution.
