Shipping
Kartesian currently serves customers across Canada.
All orders are processed after confirmation and shipped directly from our international partner warehouse. Because products are dispatched internationally, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks of purchase, including processing and shipping time. Many orders arrive sooner. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on destination regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and shipping route and may update more frequently once the package reaches the destination country.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may extend transit times.

Order Cancellation
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@kartesianwatches.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests must be received before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the next business day after the order is placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment preparation, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, it may still qualify for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns
We understand that purchasing a watch online requires confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your return options.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return your watch due to a change of mind, return requests must be submitted directly to us.
To be eligible:
- The watch must be unworn and in original condition
- Protective films must remain intact
- All original packaging and included materials must be returned
If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return
- We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
After review and confirmation, damage or defect claims may be processed directly through our manufacturing partner in accordance with their quality assurance procedures.
We will guide you through the process to ensure the issue is handled as efficiently as possible.
Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, warranty coverage, terms, and duration are provided by the manufacturer and will follow their respective policies.
