Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- Products ship directly from our international partner warehouse
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 2-4 weeks after shipment
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Tracking information is provided when available
Shipping Costs Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled by contacting contact@kartesianwatches.com before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the next business day after the order is placed. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, the order may still be eligible for return according to the conditions outlined in this policy.
International Shipments & Customs Since products are dispatched internationally, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Delays Tracking updates depend on the carrier and shipping route, and may update more frequently once packages reach Canada. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
